Inside Sales: 

Inside Sales is the department that is responsible for first-line relations with customers and day-to-day business. They answer your phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and place all your orders.

The Inside Sales department is managed by Sonya Narayan who has now been with the Helix-Advanced Communications and Infrastructure for 17 years. Sonya’s main responsibilities include coordinating with Inside Sales and the remainder of the business, as well as hiring, training, and managing Inside Sales employees.

The Inside Sales Associates include Kimberly Horton, Andrei Kisil, as well as the newest member of the Allcan team, Cody Baker. Some of their tasks include but are not limited to receiving and inputting purchase orders from clients, handling customer returns, credit memos, warranty items and repairs, assisting walk-in customers, responding to customer inquiries, as well as maintaining client’s personal inventories.

Outside Sales: 

Our Outside Sales department is made up of four people. Darren Hall, who is the Business Development Manager for Ontario, Quebec, as well as the Canadian Maritimes. Gibson Whalen who is a Territory Manager for Central Alberta, as well as Northern and Southern British Columbia. Harlan Kovac, the Territory Manager for Southern Alberta, lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, as well as Yukon. As well as Dan Heggerud who is the Territory Manager for Northern Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, the Northwest Territories, as well as Nunavut.

Our Outside Sales team is responsible for nurturing new accounts with Allcan, building on relations with existing dealers, educating dealers on new products to grow their business, as well as managing large-scale opportunities directly. They travel to clients regularly to meet with customers and better understand their business needs.

Warehouse: 

Warehouse Associate

We currently have four Warehouse Associates: Dillon, Keagan, Stanislav, and Tylor. Our Warehouse Team is responsible for the following key duties for all Helix ACI companies.

  • Picking and packing orders
  • Receiving new products and customer returns
  • Shipping orders to customers
  • Ensuring warehouse shelves are stocked
  • Cutting cable for custom orders
  • Assembling Wade Antenna Towers
  • Loading and unloading materials by hand or by forklift

Warehouse Lead

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for training new people, assigning day to day tasks to Warehouse Associates, as well as ensuring operations run smoothly within the Warehouse.

Warehouse Manger

Our Warehouse Manager is Suzy Ayotte. Suzy has been with the company for 13 years. She sets the tone for our warehouse team, performs Human Resource related tasks, and collaborates with directors from other Helix ACI divisions to ensure internal processes are optimized.

Purchasing: 

Our purchaser for Allcan is Nancy Roberts. Nancy has been with the company for 10 years now and has been purchasing for 5 out of those 10 years. Nancy manages relationships with our vendors, enters and submits all purchase orders, assist’s all sales teams with manufacture lead times, as well as price discrepancies or product knowledge. Nancy also helps coordinate special orders and projects for the sales team. Nancy will utilize other resources within the Helix ACI companies when required.

Marketing: 

Our Marketing department consists of, Vice President, Kevin Dyck, Director of Marketing, Rachel Galvin, as well as Marketing Associate, Makayla Pomeranz.

The key responsibilities for our Marketing department include streamlining customer experience, developing content for our valued dealer base, keeping clients informed on product offerings, and managing key messaging.

Technicians: 

Our technicians also do work for all Helix Companies, however their main duties for Allcan include repairing customer radios, programming radios for customers, assembling custom cable kits, antenna and filter tuning, as well as bench and field services as requested.
